Alright I am all caught up and feel so much better that my stories are documented. The last couple of days were a little rough, which is why I ended up being behind. During this time I knew what stories I was going to tell and printed my photos on the days but just did not have the energy to get the layouts made. Plus day 9 had quite a few photos. I always tend to take a lot of photos when we go to pick out our tree and this year was no different.
A quick break down of the stories that I told for the past three days.
Day 9 was all about us picking out our tree.
Day 10 was all about the debate tournament that I took my students too.
Day 11 was all about the surprise new ornament that my mom brought me for our tree.
Can you believe that we got our tree on the 9th but we still haven’t decorated her yet. The tree being decorated will definitely be the story that I am telling on the 12th. I am bound and determined to get the tree decorated no matter what. Alright lets get back to the album!
Here is Day 9
Day 10 I am sharing the pages and what I did but not the photos as I took photos of my students for day 10. I will tell you that my photos are in the album without a protector for the first time ever and I really like the way they look. I did what Ali does and I stuck two 4×6 photos together and punched some holes in them and placed them in the album.
The big screen circle was placed on the photo with the Rhonna Designs app so that you couldn’t see my students names. I wanted to document this for many reasons but the first one being that I don’t know if I will be teaching debate classes again and I thought it was important to share how well my students did at their first debate tournament. The page on the other side I fussy cut the circles out and added some flair buttons to it. I am really happy how this page came out as well and I love that it’s not inside the protector.
Day 11 is up and done and was all about the new ornament that my mom got me!
I had fun with this layout. I really enjoyed layering the photo and adding the frame to it. I actually painted the frame green with some Dylusions paint and the little paper clip Christmas tree is adorable. On the other side of the layout I wanted to share the story of how I was feeling and how my feelings changed in a matter of minutes after my mom gave me the little ornament.
So there you have it my December daily days 9 through 11. How are you doing with your December Daily?
