Return Policy for Rock Your Notebook
At Rock Your Notebook, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our high-quality notebooks. We understand that occasionally, you may need to return a product. Please take a moment to review our return policy carefully.
1. Returns Accepted Within 30 Days:
- You may return any item purchased from Rock Your Notebook within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Returns requested beyond this 30-day period will not be accepted.
2. Condition of Returned Items:
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, and unused.
- Please ensure that the product is well-packaged for return to prevent damage during transit.
3. Responsibility for Return Shipping:
- The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless the product was received damaged.
- If you receive a damaged product, please follow the instructions below for damaged items.
4. Returning a Damaged Product:
- In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the damaged item at beth@rockyournotebook.com.
- We will provide instructions for returning the damaged item, and we will cover the cost of return shipping.
- Upon receiving the damaged item, we will offer you the choice of a replacement or a refund for the damaged product.
5. Refund Process:
- Refunds will only be processed after we receive the returned item and confirm that it is in perfect condition.
- Once the returned item is inspected and approved, we will initiate the refund using the original payment method.
- Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
6. Non-Refundable Items:
- Personalized or customized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or with defects.

Shipping:
All orders will ship within 2-3 weeks after your order has been placed via USPS first class package or priority shipping if chosen at checkout. If your order is not received please contact me at support@rockyournotebook.com and I will do my best to help with tracking and delivery issues. At this time please be patient with USPS as they are still running behind on getting packages where they need to be.
Cancellations:
All orders have a 24 hour grace period in which I will cancel and refund your original purchase price plus shipping. After the 24 hours your order is placed in the queue for processing and a cancellation can not occur.
Errors/Defects
If your order arrives damaged or has an error, please contact me with within 7 days of delivery. This will help me create a replacement quickly. Please have your order number when emailing. After 30 days a replacement will not be given.
