Return and Shipping Policy

***Due to the pandemic, I am no longer accepting returns on orders at this time. I will revisit the return policy in 2021. Please ensure that you are ordering the correct size insert and if you have any questions please email me at support@rockyournotebook.com.

Shipping:

All orders will ship within 2-3 weeks after your order has been placed via USPS first class package or priority shipping if chosen at checkout. If your order is not received please contact me at support@rockyournotebook.com and I will do my best to help with tracking and delivery issues. At this time please be patient with USPS as they are still running behind on getting packages where they need to be. 

Cancellations:

All orders have a 24 hour grace period in which I will cancel and refund your orginial purchase price plus shipping. After the 24 hours your is placed in the queue for processing and a cancellation can not occurs. 

Errors/Defects

If your order arrives damaged or has an error, please contact me with within 3 days of delivery. This will help me create a replacement quickly. Please have your order number when emailing. After 30 days a replacement will not be given.
