If you are looking for ways to make your life easier to document your Project Life moments then these apps are for you!
Photo 365 happens to be one of the easiest and best apps to use so that you know can plug-in a picture a day if that is what you are working on. I don’t generally take a photo a day but I would probably say almost every day I do take a photo but it is not a conscious effort and I am not following a photo challenge list or anything like that. I just think my kids are that interesting that a photo a day of them is warranted, at least on the days that they are behaving! Photo 365 is a calendar app that lets you add a photo and a caption to that photo for every day of the year. This is a great way to keep track of all those photos that you take!
The next app that I just happen to love and think is well worth the money is Momento. Momento is a daily journaling app that grabs your status updates from social media outlets that you tell it to grab information from. Momento can connect to your Facebook, Twitter, Flickr, Instagram, Last.fm, Foursquare, YouTube, Vimeo and Web Feeds. I personally only have my Momento app connected to my Facebook and my Instagram but all those other options are there for you. You can also add your own moments of life into the app just like you would on a regular notepad. I actually use the Momento app to fill in my Photo 365 calendar on the days that I forget to add a photo.
Everyday.Me is an app that is just like Momento but has some differences. The app can be synched with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Foursquare just like Momento. The app also has a cool feature that is called blast from the past and daily question. Blast from the past is when the app tells you what you posted about a year ago from that day and daily question just asks you a question about your day which is a great way to get your thoughts going and to jot down something for the day! You can back up to Dropbox, Evernote or your Email and we all know how important those backups are! All in all the app is a great app and it’s free!
iPhoto is still one of my favorite apps and even though it is a bit pricey at $4.99 I think it is well worth the money! You can create albums and journals! Which is a great way to get your iPhone photos organized. The journal area is really where the app shines in that you can create layouts and create text and captions to your photos. There are some wonderful photo editing features in the iPhoto app as well!
Last but not least you need an app that allows you the ability to add text to your photos. Phonto is really easy to use and you can also add your own fonts to the app so in my mind it doesn’t get any better than that!
These apps are the top five apps that can help you with keeping up with your project life and getting all those memories and photos from your iPhone and your social networking sites into your Project Life albums. If you are not a Project Lifer these apps can still help you with getting your life documented and into an album!
Are you a Project Lifer or Scrapbooker that will give these apps a try?
