Gotta Plan It-Planner Setup

img_4444This year is quite different for me as I have decided to use four different methods of planning! Yup you read that correctly I said four and I have found that I love all four of the planners that I have chosen. I created a great little video for you where I talk about each planner and tell you what I will be using each planner for. I have Midori travelers notebooks, a beautiful Close To My Heart Planner, a Heidi Swapp planner and a Day Designer.

Each planner has something different and I can’t choose which one I like the most but I have a year to use all of them on a daily basis. I am planning on digging out some of my old stickers that I have had for years to use with my planners as well. Check out the video and then leave me a comment on this post telling me how you plan to plan for 2016. On January 9th I will pick one random winner to receive the same Heidi Swapp planner that I show in the video.

Hi! I use a planner for work meetings as always each year and write personal stuff on the pages with more room. This is the latest I’ve waited to purchase one for the new year. Thanks for the chance to win one!

  2. Ruth Reaves

I use a planner to help me keep track of everything- from to do lists to appointments, for jotting down things I want to look up later.

I am lost without a planner! From keeping up with my work and the schedules of all nine of us.. whew I would be lost with mine.

  4. Denise D.

I am the type of person who has to make lists in order to get everything done that I need to get done or else I will forget, so that’s where a planner is very useful.

Use a 2016 planner for creative planning – tracking projects and outlining ideas. Thank you for the giveaway 🙂

    My 2016 goals are to:
Surrender my daily things to God,
    Start my blog/website,
    Begin Homeschooling my children,
Be intentional about using a planner,
    Be intentional about being relational.

Love your video review on those planners.
Planning is my weakest area, honestly. This is one of my resolution is to be a better planner to be more productive 🙂 I have been using digital calendar and planner on my iPad and iPhone. But this year, I got the CTMH planner as a start. I like it so far, have enough space to write and add extra papers or pocket plastics for memories and pictures.

I love the Heidi Swap’s, pretty design and love those pockets 🙂

Thanks for a chance to win!

I am new to using a planner but look forward to using them this year to hopefully help me organize my life. But especially my scrapbooking. Thanks for the chance to win.

They all have their own specific unique uses but for size the CTMH Everyday Life Planner is a great size. I usually need more space than a smaller one will provide. However the smaller Heidi Swap is easier to throw in my bag and carry along everyday. Love them all!

I really like the idea of separating the different areas in your life into the four planners. Trying to cram it all in one place can look overwhelming at times and cause you to overlook some things. Also for memory keeping purposes, it helps you focus on just that concept and not be distracted by the other busy things you might need to be doing that might hinder your creative goals (which I think will be the things that you will most want to remember in the long run). Thank you so much for the challenge to get more active in planning for future memories as well as focusing on spiritual goals.

Like you I use several planners. I use a Hobonichi to ‘draw’ my day and another one to be creative as a ‘lister-gotta-list’. Then there’s my daily planner dat I use voor mealplanning, charts and every day planning. I also use a Midori for bullet-journal and braindump. I just love planners. I never seem to have enough of them.

Thanks for sharing. I love your blog, videos and newsletter. Keep up the good work!
